General Update

It’s hard to believe that summer will be coming to an end very shortly. Our small town will increase in population as VT students return for the fall semester. Soon we’ll be gearing up for some Friday Night Lights with high school football as well as cheering on the Hokies. And we’ll witness the beautiful changing of trees from green to yellow, orange and maroon! Along with these changes in nature we are hoping to have a change in our CrossFit 460 “home” before the year comes to a close. We have some big ticket items occurring for the month of August. As you pass by the lot this month you will see our new home starting to take shape. The steel beams will be set as well as our concrete walls and trusses. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can finish out the month with the roof system in place. We’ll provide more updates on our social media pages as the building is constructed!
