Winter Break Travel WOD Series
*Spend time with family. Even better, get your family to workout with you, then it’s a win win! You get to workout, and spend time bonding with family!
*Active recovery day or makeup day for any previous workout not completed, get to it!
*Spend 12-20 minutes stretching/mobilizing anything that is tight. Get your family in on it, teach them what you’ve learned so far!
*Make up a workout and post it to the CF460 page!
