Min 1: 4 KBS (53/35#) + 2 Box Jumps (24/20″”)
Min 2: 4 KBS + 4 Box Jumps
Min 3: 4 KBS + 6 Box Jumps
etc.
Continue working up each minute until you can no longer perform the work within the minute. Finish the EMOM with 4 KBS + 4 Box Jumps each remaining round.
