Schedule Change for Strength/Strongman
All of our Strength/Strongman classes for the month of May will be cancelled. We will resume classes in June. Athletes may use the strongman equipment during the normally scheduled Strength times, there will just not be coach led programming. As always, please refer to MBO for our up to date schedule.
No Band May
For the month of May we will be working our strict pulling strength to help us get stronger and better at pull-ups! If you have been using a band for pull-ups, we’ll be swapping them out with another form of assistance. We feel that moving away from the bands will help develop the strength athletes need to do a strict pull-up. And once that strength is gained, it will lead to better kipping pull-ups!
Memorial Day Murph
We’re bringing the Hero WOD “Murph” back to CrossFit 460 this year. We’ll run two classes, 8am and 9am. These will be the only two classes offered that day and the box will close immediately following the 9am class. We will have scaling options available for everyone! We’ll perform this workout on Monday May 29th (Memorial Day).
Brunch with us!
Our first ever brunch in April was a huge success! We are going to continue this through the summer and hope that you will be able to join us for one or all of them!! Simply bring a brunch dish to share and come hang out with us following the 9am class. All are welcome, so feel free to bring family and friends! Please mark your calendars for the following dates:
