WOD
“CrossFit Golf”
The objective of CrossFit Golf is to complete the WOD in the fewest possible number of sets. For example, if the WOD contains 30 Deadlifts and it takes you sets of 15, 10, and 5 reps to complete the 30, then your score would be 3 (for breaking it into 3 sets). This WOD is not for time so you may rest in between sets, you just need to complete the work in 30:00.

Perform the following 8 movements in the fewest possible number of sets. Par for the course = 28.

30 Deadlifts (155/105#), Par 3
50 KBS (53/35#), Par 2
30 Pull-ups, Par 3
50 Pushups, Par 4
50 Front Squats (155/105#), Par 5
30 TTB, Par 4
50 WBS (20/14#), Par 3
200 DUs, Par 4
